Yeah, I just said that.

Mythos restaurant has the best Greek cuisine you will find anywhere in Queens and, by extension, in all of New York City.

Everybody who knows anything knows the food's better in Queens. (Why do you think all the guys look like Doug Hefernan of King of Queens fame?)

Mythos is fantastic.

Richard Berle is an interesting guy. He started the first personal training center in New York back in 1986 and hasn't looked back. His place, Body by Berle, has a special energy about it. It's an interesting concept in fitness. Check it out.

The Terrace Diner is a great date restaurant. If you bring your movie stubs, they give you a little discount. They give you a discount for mentioning this video, too.

The food is great, atmosphere nice, location convenient, and it's just run by very decent people. Check it out.

It has come to my attention that someone else has started using my handle, perhaps trying to cash in on the alluring and growing global mystique of the CharlieHipHop brand. I have been called CharlieHipHop for over 20 years. This name is mine, and all the snakes and fakes trying to steal it out from under me or just ride my coattails... well, they frontin'.

... and I'm not just talking about old Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson and the other stuff that's cool to like, I'm talking about right now, on the radio!

Something very strange happened to me last week. I was driving upstate, rollin' the Corolla alongside the mighty Hudson listening at the foot of the wise old Catskills. The Corolla has a jack for an .mp3 player and all, but I like radio. The radio turns you on to stuff you wouldn't otherwise hear.

and I get, like, 14 on any given masterpiece, most of those from me mum.

Does that say something bad about me or the 147,135 people who viewed Edward the Brain-damaged Gerbil's video?

That question is as rhetorical as they get.

[UPDATE: This one captures it too... and I think I might have been at this showwith Bruce Hornsby at... where was it, again? Philly? This one was before my time but it was their best period... except maybe '77 or '66 .... aw, hell, do yourself a favor and go to YouTube and get lost in it for a couple hours. All those years... all those shows... all those blissfully blown minds... yea, I was lucky to have been there, and if you were there, you know what I mean, and if you weren't, unfortunately, you never will... sorry kidz, ain't nothin' like a Grateful Dead show. Not that I watched the Oscars, but I saw something on the news. I was very happy to see that George Clooney continues to take his fashion cues from me. He looked pretty dapper with his newly shaggy hair. Brad Pitt looks good as a very rich hippy too.
